Never Under Estimate your own efforts
May 12, 2010 Christian Articles
A man was walking down a deserted beach at sunset. As he walked along he began to see another man in the distance. As he grew nearer he noticed that the local native kept leaning down, picking something up, and throwing it out into the water. Time and again he kept hurling things out into the ocean.
As our friend approached even closer he noticed that the man was picking up starfish that had washed up onto the beach, and one at a time, he was throwing them back into the ocean. The first man was puzzled.
He approached the man and said, “Good Evening Friend, I was wondering what are you doing?” And he replied, “I’m throwing these starfish back into the ocean.
You see, its low tide right now and all these starfish have been washed up onto the shore. If I don’t throw them back into the sea, they will die from the lack of oxygen.” “I understand,” my friend replied “but there must be thousands of starfish on this beach and you couldn’t possibly get to all of them.
There are simply too many and don’t you realize that this is happening on hundreds of beaches up and down this coast … can’t you see that that you can’t possibly make a difference? The local native smiled, bent down, picked up yet another starfish …
and as he threw it back out into the sea, he replied, “It made a difference to that one!” You may feel like you cannot make a difference in the world today, but you CAN make a difference in one life at a time.
Never underestimate your own efforts. You too could make a difference.
Don’t ask what the world could do for you; seek what you could do to the world.
Road That Leads to Success
Apr 30, 2010 Christian Articles
God often uses slow storms and divine detours to get you down the path of His calling and purpose for your life. Bad things do happen to good people, but remember “all things work together for the good of those who love God, those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28). It’s not that God intentionally intends us to go through these difficulties, but God uses them for His purposes in our lives.
When we experience some kind of failure; we feel that life is over. It seems that nothing else is left to move on. God wants to take your failure and turn it into the foundation for how He uses you for the rest of your life. Sometimes the worst thing that happens to you can turn out to be the best thing that happens because God has a way of using troubled times to lay a foundation in your life and prepare you for what God wants. You’re going to experience some shipwrecks and snakebites along the journey of life.
But, God is going to get you where He wants you to be. If you become more like Christ through ups and downs, then even failures can be seen as success. Abraham Lincoln has gone through many failures. His mother died, he failed in business, he lost his job, he was engaged but his fiance died and his heart was broken. It was devastating to him.
Finally, when we look at last point where God took him, then we know that he was the elected as president of the United States of America. In our life, whatever failures we are facing. We’ve been created to celebrate the sovereignty of God. God is sovereign. He is always at work and your job is to trust Him all the times of your life.
Hope in the Lord
Apr 29, 2010 Faith
Have you never heard or understood?
Don’t you know that the LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of all the earth? He never grows faint or weary.
No one can measure the depths of his understanding.
He gives power to those who are tired and worn out;
he offers strength to the weak.
Even youths will become exhausted, and young men will give up.
But those who wait on the LORD will find new strength.
They will fly high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.
(Isaiah 40:28-31)

WHEN PRAYERS DONT SEEMED TO BE ANSWERED
Apr 23, 2010 Christian Articles
WHEN PRAYERS DON’T SEEMED TO BE ANSWERED.
I asked God to take away my pain.
God said, No. It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.
God said, No. Her spirit was whole, her body was only temporary.
I asked God to grant me patience.
God said, No. Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn’t granted, it is earned.
I asked God to give me happiness.
God said, No. I give you blessings. Happiness is up to you.
I asked God to spare me pain.
God said, No. Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.
I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said, No. You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.
God said, No. I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things.
I ask God to help me LOVE others, as much as he loves me.
God said…Ahhhh, finally you have the idea..

Telugu Christian Songs
Feb 4, 2010 Christian Articles
Telugu Christians are those people that largely emerge from Andhra Pradesh in India. Telugu Christian music has deep roots in the Christian faith and is sung all over the world by these followers who have settled abroad. The music that is written and sung stems from deep personal feelings of these Christian singers. Themes that are usually focused upon include praise, worship, testimonies, love for Jesus, penitence and lament.
Telugu Christian songs encourage people to commit to a deeper and more meaningful relationship with God. Through hymns and praise, these songs try and meet the people’s spiritual and emotional needs. Music is an essential ingredient in everyone’s day to day lives and the followers of this denomination find peace and devotion through the gatherings of singers or bands that perform Christian songs. Various Churches come together and have faith and fellowship services involving Christian music artists and bands.

Genuine Joy
Jan 30, 2010 Christian Articles
Every decision that we make and every action that we take is an attempt by us to gain some measure of happiness.
The Bible calls us to rejoice in the Lord. Genuine joy can be found in having our relationship with God restored through faith in Jesus Christ and celebrating all that He has saved us from and all that He has given us now that we are adopted into His family.
Joy can also be found in walking in Gods ways and obeying His commands. There is also joy in using the creation in the way that God intended and enjoying the good gifts that God has given us without making them into idols. We often short circuit this process and end up miserable and frustrated because we get so caught up in trying to get joy out of creation that we neglect our relationship with God and start disobeying his good commands in a futile attempt to get more joy, but God calls us to first and foremost seek our joy in Him.

Why Should I Confess My Sins to a Man?
Jan 20, 2010 Faith
GOD forgave sins through a human nature.
Matthew 9:2-7, “…And Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, “Take courage son; your sins are forgiven you…For which is easier to say, Your sins are forgiven you, or to say, Arise and walk? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”, then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your pallet and go to your house.”"
5 Keys to Spiritual Maturity
Jan 19, 2010 Faith
Spiritual maturity, or spiritual formation, is God’s call to every believer (Ephesians 4:11-16). We are “no longer to be children,” but are to “grow up in all aspects into him who is the head, even Christ” (Ephesians 4:14-15).
Five key areas are essential to the development of spiritual maturity:
First, biblical knowledge. No verse better sums up the reason we need to know Scripture than II Timothy 3:16: “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.” Based upon that verse, we find our charge as Christians in II Timothy 2:15: “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth.”
Second, godly character. In chapters such as Matthew 5-7, I Corinthians 13, and Romans 12, we find entire dissertations on the nature of a godly life. Yet Galatians 5:22-23 captures the whole: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
Third, sanctified mind. As we work out our salvation, it touches all parts of us, and the mind is key. Colossians 3:2 states simply, “Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.” And Romans 12:2 exhorts us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
Fourth, spiritual discernment. In I Thessalonians 5:21-22, we find these closing words: “Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; abstain from every form of evil.” And again in Hebrews 5:14, we find spiritual maturity linked to discernment: “But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.”
Fifth, willing obedience. Jesus stated simply in John 14:15, “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.”
These points can be summed up further: spiritual maturity is living a life characterized by right teaching and right living. The truth of the Bible should be demonstrated in every area of our lives: in our thoughts, our speech, our hearts, and our actions. When we do so, we will truly achieve “the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:13).

Mountains of Faith
Jan 19, 2010 Faith
That doesnt stop us really badgering God (Remember the unjust Judge Luke 18: 1-8) just like the Persistent Widow. He is declared to be a slanderer, an adversary seeking whom he may devour, a liar, and a murderer from the beginning. If it bothers us, they keep it coming. For instance, rain is regarded as one of the greatest blessings of God. The book of Jasher is a historical book referenced in Joshua Chapter 10 Verse 13 and 2nd Samuel Chapter 1 Verse 18. Psalms 7:8 The Lord shall judge the peoples; Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me. “And the congregation of the elect and holy shall be sown, and all the elect shall stand before him on that day. What seems like a very long delay is one of the chief reasons they will he caught off guard and it is one of the worlds major excuses for unbelief. I tell you, He will vindicate them speedily. Yet if you have ever read the accounts of the last bowls to be poured out on earth I dont think many humans would be alive on earth to look up and see the Son of Man.
Those who are dominating them and holding them in bondage today, God will destroy! A faith filled prayer prays according to God’s Word and believes that the prayer has been heard. We must read of Jesus daily, we must pray to Him daily and build each other up in the faith by witnessing to our living relationship with our Lord.
Although we may often have to wait in obedience as God works, our faith believes that the answer is coming. Our faith is often tested in this way and only becomes stronger and more secure.
Cease not to continually pray for your faith, and wait on God to move that mountain. The kingdom of God, which is connected with both heaven and earth (Matthew 6:9; 16:18; 18:18) also conforms to the same model of sacred space. We have to continually hear the Word of God in order to build our faith and counteract the negativity that surrounds us in the world.
Now bearing all this in mind, what is faith, for Our Lord specifically asks if He will find it on the earth when He returns: Luke 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily.
